Freebie!!!!
This baby should go on eBay! Microsoft was kind enough to send me a
free copy of Windows XP Pro. This is the full retail package, bundled
with SP2, not an upgrade. I think they go for upwards of 200 on eBay.
Hmmmm... What to do? If I sold this and my old digital camera for
150 or so, I'd still be a long way from getting a better digital
camera:-) I like that digital EOS Rebel. But not for 1000. What to do?
Mike's First Little League At Bat...
Mike graduated from the ranks of a tee-baller! He now gets to play with
the bigger kids in little league, using a hard ball, being hurled by an
out of control 11 to 12 year old kid, haha.
Mike does ok playing with the older guys, they make sure to put the
younger ones in their place and let them know there is such a thing as
seniority. Mike has a good hard swing and can knock the snot outta
them. But, seeing the balls coming faster has him all out of sorts. He
struck out in his first at bat. I know he'll get a couple hits this
year! Look at his picture, he was soooo jacked up to get out there and
hit, the catcher and the ump didn't even get there yet:-)
Funny watching him, reminds me of my time in little league. He saw what
was left of my trophy sitting on my desk and asked me about it. It was
kind of neat seeing how "into" it he was. I sure hope his team can get
that trophy someday, maybe next year, 30 years after I got mine...
