Colorful Sky
This was the scene on the way home from work tonight. Setting sun was
casting a nice shade of red on the clouds. First pic is heading East,
in the valley West of Crandoom. Second pic is heading up the hill on
the East side of the valley, by Mays' place.
Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest
Tis the season!! Well, a bit past, but better late than never!!!
Spent the day GeoCaching with Don in and around the Lakeland area so I
knew we'd work up a thirst! Grabbed 6 of these and 6 Fires to quench
the thirst. DKHT even had some Bell's Porter waiting!!
The Oktoberfest is a real good beer! A bit pricey compared to other
gewy beers, but worth the treat every now and again. Has that amber or
copper color that once you see it, you know it is gonna taste great! A
little bit malty if I can fully recall, hehe, not overly biter, as a
matter of fact, not a real strong after taste at all. I finished the
night off with a Porter so the whole way home, as my designated driver
guided us, I was able to enjoy that malty goodness on the back of my
tongue:)
Maybe DKHT will weigh in with his thoughts! BTW, that is DKHT in the
other pic holding one up!
GeoCaching:5th Grade Bluejay Cache II
N45° 47.559 W089° 09.806
The kids and I were the first finders of this cache!! Not very often
you can be a first finder in this game. There are two caches at the
Three Lakes Elementary school. We found one a few weeks earlier and
then they planted this one. We were in the area and scooped it up.

Have been making some other GeoCaching trips too, but have been taking
pics with the good camera and not the camera phone. I gotta remember to
do that!! Here is the link to some of the pics we took last weekend.
