Sam Adams Cream Stout
I thought for sure I had had this once before and moblogged it... But,
I guess not! Not a new beer to me, I have had it before, but it is
always a favorite! I used to love the Sam Adams Honey Porter and was
bummed when that left the store shelves... Anywho, this is not about my
long lost love, Honey Porter... Nope, this post is for the Cream
Stout. Pours black as black can be... Has a decent amount of
carbonation and a good "creamy" head to it which is almost a golden
brown or at least a dark tan. Get definite hits of chocolate and
roasted malts in this one, i don't think it is a coffee stout, so i am
guessing at roasted malt. A bit on the biter side, but I am all about
the biter!!

I have always had a problem spelling that bitter werd! I dunno why... Maybe because the way i hear and say it is bit-er instead of bit-ter. Who effen knows, but thank god i have my better late then/than never spell chequer bps to remind me that i am a fuck up
